Product Overview

The VOLGA VST Series cooling towers are engineered for maximum cooling efficiency, long service life, and quiet operation. These square-type, induced draft cooling towers are built using high-strength FRP casing, corrosion-resistant internals, and energy-efficient components designed for variable industrial loads and demanding climate conditions.

• Modular, skid-mounted construction

• Available in belt-driven, direct-driven, or gear-driven fan systems

• Precision-balanced axial fans with adjustable pitch

• Water distribution through high-efficiency rotating sprinklers

• Fills available in PVC, ABS, or PP materials (UL V-0 rated)

• Operating temperature range: 45°C to 90°C

• Optional low-noise and high-temperature upgrades

• Optional dual-speed or VFD fan motors

• Built to support fully or semi-automatic control systems

Material Construction

Casing & Basin:
Fiberglass-reinforced polyester (FRP), machine-sprayed gel coat for enhanced UV and water resistance.

Framework (Options):

• Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel (HDGS)

• Stainless Steel (304 or 316)

Fill Material Options:

• PVC honeycomb (standard)

• ABS (optional)

• Polypropylene (optional)
  All options are corrugated, non-clogging, and suitable for high inlet temperatures.

Fan System:

• ABS or aluminum alloy standard fans

• Optional stainless steel or FRP fans

• Quiet operation and high aerodynamic efficiency

Sprinkler System:

• Rotating aluminum or plastic head

• Minimizes frictional loss, ensures even distribution
