Each chiller unit is designed by VOLGA COOLING TECHNOLOGIES and produced under the VOLGA HVAC® brand, meeting strict international standards for reliability, energy efficiency, and environmental safety.

VOLGA chillers are optimized for high ambient conditions, operating efficiently in temperatures between 47°C to 52°C. These systems are suitable for:

Compressor Technology & Protection

 

VOLGA chillers are equipped with semi-hermetic screw compressors, offering:

  • Quiet operation with minimal vibration

  • Separate radial and axial force bearings

  • Motor winding and discharge temperature protection

  • Oil level and differential pressure monitoring

Protection features include:

  • Reverse phase, phase loss, and overcurrent detection

  • Discharge air temperature control

  • High/low pressure protection

  • Flow switch and anti-freezing safeguards

Chiller Selection Guide

 

To quote the right chiller for your needs, the following information is required:

  1. Required cooling capacity or heat load

  2. Desired water temperature, pressure, and flow rate

  3. Application details and power supply specifications

  4. Maximum ambient operating temperature

  5. Any special physical or operational constraints

 

 

Warranty & Support

 

  • 12 months from startup or 24 months from delivery (whichever comes first)

  • Covers replacement of defective parts only

  • Optional labor compensation available by agreement

All compressors are selected from world-renowned brands such as:
