Product Overview

VOLGA HVAC® steam coils are engineered for high-efficiency performance in systems utilizing saturated steam for heat transfer. These coils are designed to withstand working pressures up to 8 barg (equivalent to 175°C), ensuring safe and stable operation across a wide range of industrial and commercial heating environments.


Construction & Materials

  • Tube Material: Thick-walled copper tubes (varied diameters and wall thicknesses available upon request)

  • Headers: Heavy-gauge brass construction

  • Flow Drilling Technology: Precision-drilled header ports enhance steam distribution and condensate removal for optimal thermal transfer efficiency

  • Fin Options:

    • Precoated aluminum

    • Copper

    • Copper-nickel

    • Optional anti-corrosion coatings available
